Bob Graham // President/Treasurer

Bob has 30 years of contracting experience and is President of Cone & Graham, Inc. In this role he is charged with the daily operations for construction of all road and bridge projects, as well as overall responsibility of company matters. In addition, he is responsible for the company’s bid preparations. Bob’s experience encompasses a variety of construction projects.

US 19 Over the Cross Florida Barge Canal

Design Build project includes the construction of new twin bridges to expand the safety and capacity of US 19/US98 (SR 55) in Citrus County. The bridge consists of a post-tensioned three span (255’ main span) spliced girder bridge. In addition to the bridge this project included the reconstruction and widening of 1 mile of US 19.

US Highway 19 from SR 60 to Coachman, Pinellas County, Florida

This $30 million reconstruction of US 19 includes construction of a box girder bridge over Drew Street, extensive drainage improvements, and surface road construction and widening. The project was completed ahead of schedule and featured an $800,-000 early completion no excuse incentive.

I-4, Segment 2 (SR 400), Hillsborough County, Florida.

This project for FDOT District 7, provided for the reconstruction of I-4 from I-75 to McIntosh Road, including the reconstruction of four bridges, construction of 29 special detours and an 80-acre wetland mitigation site. Bryan Dairy Road, Pinellas County. $30 million new roadway construction including box girder bridges.

Randy has 36 years of roadway and bridge construction and bridge replacement experience. His project management experience includes bridges, water control structures, pump stations, sound walls, artificial reefs, ocean fishing piers and marinas.  He also has extensive experience in Value Engineering and Design Build work.

 

Big John Monahan Bridge, Martin County

This Design-Build project is a six-span, 900-foot long FIB beam bridge. The Design Build team shortened the bridge from 1400 feet to 900 feet using innovation and the acquisition of private property

Dixie Highway, Broward and Palm Beach County

ARRA Design Build of the Dixie Highway Project, steel box girder major bridge, from South of Hillsboro Blvd to north of the Hillsboro Canal including the realignment of Dixie Highway over the CSX Railroad.  Mass Concrete Specialist.

Weigh in Motion Station, Southbound I-95, Martin County

LEED Design Build of an MCCO Weigh in Motion Station consisting of Administration Building, Comfort Station, Water Treating Facility, Inspection Barn and Scale Pits.

Craig Dunkelberger // Project Manager

His experience includes 20 years of successful business ownership providing him with a very unique background that includes serving as a leader in an engineering business. As an owner, Mr. Dunkelberger was involved in staff recruitment and mentoring, business management and development, and risk management and problem resolution.

SR 528 (GLADES ROAD NB EXIT RAMP), Palm Beach County, FL

The work for this project consists of widening the northbound off ramp to two (2) lanes and adjusting Turnpike Mainline geometry to provide an additional auxiliary lane in the northbound direction from Milepost 75.603 to Milepost 76.404. The existing ramp bridge over the Lake Worth Drainage District canal will be modified to remove the northbound off ramp traffic and a new two lane bridge constructed. Minor modifications to signing and pavement markings, ITS, and lighting are also included. The Improvements under also consist of the addition of a right turn lane from the Turnpike off ramp to Glades Rd westbound and a right turn lane along Glades Road westbound to the northbound entry to Florida’s Turnpike.

I-75 EXPRESS LANES SEGMENTS A&B, Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, FL

This project consists of seven bridges. This Design-Build Project for Segment A&B I-75 Express Lane improvements were constructed within the existing 166-foot wide median generally consist of a barrier wall divided 2-lane (one 15-foot travel lane in each direction) to 4-lane (two 12-foot travel lanes in each direction) tolled roadway, with 6-foot paved inside shoulders, and 12-foot (10 feet paved) outside shoulders.

I-75 EXPRESS LANES SEGMENT C, Broward County, FL

The I-75 Express Lanes Segment C Design Build improvements were constructed within the existing 166-foot wide median generally consist of a barrier wall divided 4-lane tolled roadway (two 12-foot travel lanes in each direction), with 6-foot paved inside shoulders, and 12-foot (10 feet paved) outside shoulders. The Segment C Project also includes construction of the Pembroke Road Overpass Bridge and reconstruction of the Miramar Parkway Interchange, including the Miramar Parkway Bridge over I-75. Additional improvements consist of new I-75 Express Lanes bridge over the C-4 Canal; inside widening and deck replacement of the existing SB and NB I-75 bridges over the C-4 Canal; milling and resurfacing of the I-75 General Purpose Lanes adjacent to the proposed ingress/egress lanes connecting to the Express Lanes.

Anthony “Quinn” Wright // General Superintendent

Quinn has 18 years of bridge construction and replacement experience.  His general superintendent duties include roadway projects that consist of bridge repair, replacement and widening.  

I-95 Bridges, Fort Pierce and St. Lucie County, FL

The Design Build project consisted of five bridges on 95 in Fort Pierce. Over SR-70 (Okeechobee Road), Over SR-68 (Orange Avenue), Kings Highway, Belcher Canal and Orange Avenue Ramp Bridge. A combination of steel and concrete. Mass Concrete Specialist.

Dania Fishing Pier 

This was the first Design Build Ocean Fishing Pier in the state.  The pier was located in Dania Beach Florida.  The pier was 1,000/lf  long and had a “T” head at the end.  A 6,000/sf slab was constructed for a future restaurant.

Joaquin Zamora // Project Superintendent

Joaquin has 17 years   experience in highway  construction and is specifically  responsible for concrete placement on the firm’s projects.  He will coordinate  and supervise field crews for  the concrete work on the project.  He is responsible for maintaining equipment, concrete forming operations, ordering supplies and materials, maintaining safety records and ensuring maintenance of traffic is appropriately executed

Dixie Highway, Broward and Palm Beach County

Okeechobee Blvd over Florida Turnpike Pedestrian Bridge, Palm Beach County

Installation of two prefabricated pedestrian bridges over Florida Turnpike. Additional work included slope pavement and sidewalks. Project Value: $2 million.

Stuart Interchange Bridge Jacking and Bridge Deck Clearance, Martin County

The project consisted of heat straightening multiple beams and jacking the entire bridge up 21”.  The roadway and bridge work was completed in two days to open the Turnpike ramp to traffic.   The project also involved lead removal.  Project value: $3 million.
